Rajiv,

This is a great post. I think of Naintal and what you say about it, the mountains and the lake. Your thoughts about a friendly and less conflicted world are so 💯 per cent spot on and probably what a lot of people are thinking about these days. My thoughts of best times are sailing in my 8 ft Naples Sabot dinghy in Marina del Rey, California. It's was a tiny little boat but so much fun. Sabot is a Dutch word for shoe. I was very lucky to have that experience. The marina is still but greatly changed from when I was there. Time keeps slippin slippin slippin into the future as The Steve Miller Band song says: https://youtu.be/WqxZL2nckws?si=sQDXLdOiqXja7DSi

Thanks very much. I am glad you like the song also. I uploaded it twice just in case someone missed the first upload.

Lets do a Live. Good idea!

This is one of your best posts. I am so glad the feed didn't hide it from me.

I listened to the song as I read it, and some of your explanations came exactly in sync with the lyrics... how pleasantly odd is that? Then when the song got over before I finished reading (because I am a slow reader) - I pressed play again. The song is so catchy and so meaningful. I think we need to do a LIVE about this post and Nainital, ready? While this sentiment is fresh in your mind. (and right on cue as I finished typing this comment, the song ended)
